Challenge yourself against your peers in the ring. Balance, timing and body awareness are all greatly increased through this program. For cross training, these modules can help athletes looking to improve their body skills (like checking and tackling) in sports like hockey, football, and basketball. Great for anyone training for a specific event or goal! No formal martial art training is necessary. Specialized training times can be accommodated, please ask.
